Includes 1 Quartz Sleeve w/O-Rings

Only fits the Clearguard UV model # 15820
Please note the UV Bulb is not included
Will not work with the older model Clearguard uv models with the clear neck on the quartz sleeve. Only the 15820 which has the black neck around the quartz sleeve.
